Okay so I know this picture doesn't really do the meal justice, but I made the best spicy chicken ever! When I was up north, we went to visit the Raboin side of the family. My Auntie Kim made this dish while we were there. I LOVED it! I made it today for the first time, and I have to say, I am quite pleased with the results. We had it over rice and eat to our hearts content. Just thinking about it makes my tummy growl again! Yummy!!
