It was my friend Kimberly's birthday today. She loves frogs, so I tried my hand at making a froggy cake for her. I think it turned out pretty well for my very first try. The cake itself was a red velvet cake. It make eating the cake very interesting...the inside of the frog was blood red :) Everything turned out really well. It was my first red velvet cake too. I was so glad it tasted good!

The cake looks very, very good! I love the blood innerds too. My trip home has been wonderful. Jess and Craig and the girls look good and the house too, but I had forgotton how buggy Minnesota is. I've been bitten by deer flies, horse files, house files, mosquitoes, and I don't know hwat all else. Do you have bitinen flies in Germany? Mother
