Life continues in a wonderful place
So there hasn't been much to report here in Deutschland. We have just recently switched to dayshift, so it has been an adjustment. Blake has started taking me to the gym to play raquetball with him. That's been fun and it gets me out of the house, although I'm not very good at it yet. I'm hoping, with practice, I'll get better. They also give cardio/kickboxing classes which I'm thinking about taking. It's so easy to fall into the "I don't feel like doing anything, so I won't" rut. I'm working on my quilt, which is coming along very nicely, and still trying to come up with some type of routine. It snowed one last time a couple of days ago, and the last remnants of the snow have finally dissappeared. Spring is here and everything is starting to turn green. I'm excited because this means more walking outside and getting to see this beautiful country we live in. I guess we live very close to a very old place where the kings of old gathered. It's a bunch of really big stone chairs, but it sounds interesting! Easter is the next big thing to hit for us here. We are planning on spending it with our friends, Jason and Kimberly. We will be going to the service on base and then coming home (to thier house) to a wonderful meal of roast beef. I'm pretty excited. I won't have to do much of the cooking (to everyones delight!), but I might make a cake for the occasion. Our newest news is that we might be going to England in May. That should be exciting. Blake's cousin's husband's cousin is getting married there and we were invited to come and join them. It will be nice to see a face from home. His cousin lived only a couple of hours from us when we lived in Texas, so we got to know her pretty well. It will be nice to see her again. I was just thinking about my mother being in Georgia. They really love it there and it's nice to see them home again. Blake and I love Georgia as well, however, we will most likely end up in the panhandle of Florida. That's close, though. Only about a 6 hour drive. Now all we need are Bud and Amy and Jess and Craig to make it down to that part of the world. Well, this is it for the moment, not a whole lot going on here, but I did want to at least update everyone on the apparent nothingness :)

You didn't answer my question about which house is yours. I found sippersfeld on google earth but dont have any pictures of your house to find where exactly it is. I have a couple good guesses from the information I remember.
Quit ignoring me, punk.
Bud
I was just about to leave you a comment when I saw that I already had. Hmmm... Will the real Amy T. please stand up. Ha ha! I'm a dork. But not as big of one as my husband who feels the need to post under my name. Anyways, sounds like you're having lots of fun. You would be good at a kick-boxing class, you're super coordinated and already have the moves from DDR. :)I would love to end up in the south, but maybe not as far south, like Tennessee or Kentucky. It would be fun to live closer together. Hopefully someday! Love you lots! Hope to talk to you soon.
Good to hear from you Becky! I too am looking forward to spring! And I agree with Amy...I think you would make a killer kickboxer!
Isn't Bud funny?? I love thier comment above.."will the real Amy T. please stand up! " ahahahaha
that really tickled me for some reason.
I think we have a sewing lesson this week as well. I am helping Valerie complete her blocks. I am looking forward to getting the top actually done...
I think you would be a good kickboxer. We went to the rec center at BSU last night. Karen was there and she and I climbed the rock...what FUN! I will post pictures after I go to Wal-Mart and print them off. I really need a new computer...
I miss you.
Will you remember to take pictures of the cake you will bake for Easter? You are the BEST cake decorater that I know! I wish you were here to make OUR birthday cake............
Mom's anniversary was today...did you remember? I flaked for a moment,and then remembered. Bud's birthday is tomorrow...did you rememeber?? I did. :)
I am rambling. It may be from my lack of sleep as of late. I was so hot last night, and didn't sleep well. Elizabeth kept hollering in her sleep, I think her little legs must have hurt. We swam for a LONG time last night. Do you remember Tori Winters?? From church? Her little sister who introduced herself as "E" with a "ricka" hahaha...anyhow, they were swimming with us. They are such fun! Elizabeth finally learned how to swim around by herself with her life jacket on. It is cute to watch her. She was so proud of herself!
I probably should just have emailed you...I wrote a small book here.
I have missed talking to you. You used to call, but now are probably busy with racketball and stuff. sniff sniff.
Just kidding! I love you and will probably call you soon! I will try and remember that you now sleep at a normal time and NOT call you at 1am OR 4am.... That is terribly early.
LOVE YOU!!!!! Happy pre-birthday!
Ok. I totally spelled their wrong in my above comment. Duh.
Has Mother ever told you of her funny canoe story? I am SO going to post it at a later date... We are going to use her canoe and sit in our "gladed wet area" aka swamp. Doesn't that sound like fun?? I will post her "story" when I have pictures of our "story"
I love my canoe, thank you very much! Mother
