8 months old

I can't believe my little boy is 8 months old already. He is finally sitting up by himself!! He has 4 teeth and is working on a 5th....but doesn't really like real food too much. He "crawls". And by crawl, I mean he drags himself across the floor with his hands. Our shag rug really makes this possible. He looks like his legs don't work at all!!! It just makes me laugh! He is so incredibly vocal. It's so wierd how different two babies can be. He is also so super cuddly. I love it!

This was the last picture we got of the castle before going inside. We weren't allowed to take pictures on the inside. It was soooooooo awesome though!! Defenitly worth seeing if you are ever in the area!

We had a fabulous time in Garmisch. It was such a nice vacation. We walked a ton, ate some really really great food and saw some pretty awesome sights. Thanks to my Mom who stayed with the kids :) While it might have been nice to have them there, I am soooooo glad they weren't! They just wouldn't have gotten anything out of it. I totallly did!!!!

We are such a happy family! Blake got home safely and we are now just getting readjusted to real life again. The kids absolutly love him. It's fabulous!! I am quickly losing my "favorite parent" status :( Alex actually pouts when Blake goes somewhere and doesn't take him with. Cara follows him everywhere. It's fabulous. We are so glad to have Daddy back!

We don't have long to wait until Blake gets home!!! He'll be here on Wednesday. I am so excited.
